Operations Manager
$70,000 annual base pay
Plus, 15% of annual realized net profits

Role Description:
We are seeking a driven, business minded Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day to day operations of the company. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to execute strategy, solve problems, and lead teams while ensuring the business runs efficiently, profitably, and with a high level of professionalism.
This opening requires a valid BC driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate day to day business operations across various projects and job sites.
Source new revenue opportunities, generate leads, and build client relationships.
Hire, train, manage, and (when necessary) terminate staff in alignment with company culture.
Meet with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project and service expectations are met.
Monitor job progress, logistics, and quality control across all projects.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Track operational performance; report directly to ownership.
Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy.
Maintain a positive, productive work environment and company culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
A degree in business or a related discipline would be an asset.
Knowledge of or education pertaining to the construction industry also an asset.
Proven experience in operations, business management, or team leadership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident and charismatic.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, systems, and execution.
Excellent organizational and logistical skills.
Proficient in problem solving and decision making under pressure.
Comfortable with client facing responsibilities and sales conversations.
Able to work independently with a high level of accountability.
Familiarity with hiring processes, scheduling tools, and operational software is a plus.
